We support members of health and care staff across Cardiff and Vale University Health Board to make things better for their patients, their colleagues, and themselves.
Across three teams, we work to support and deliver change in every area of our Health Board using our bespoke way of working, The CAV Way.
We offer a number of different services to teams across Cardiff and Vale UHB and beyond. Our Change Partners work directly with Clinical Boards throughout the Health Board. They are your first port of call when undertaking a change project if you need support.

Mentoring and partnering services for one-to-one support, empowering and enabling individuals to deliver successful transformation work.
Temporary Expert Services
We can deploy a Service Improvement Manager or Project Manager to work with teams on a specific programme of work.
Change Partners
A single point of contact, acting as a conduit between Shaping Change and clinical boards to identify priority needs.
