Who are The Change Hub?
A team of highly experienced project management experts who have delivered many large-scale organisational and transformational change programmes by applying their knowledge and adopting a supportive approach. They offer a safe, collaborative environment and relationship to help colleagues at CAV deliver their programmes sustainably and successfully.
Using a variety of tools and techniques, they ensure that change is implemented effectively and efficiently. They also work closely with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that change is communicated effectively .They are committed to providing rigour and assurance through their processes.
The Change Hub work alongside leaders across Cardiff and Vale UHB to empower and support. By focussing on both the structures that simplify change, and supporting the people who enable it, The Change Hub provides Cardiff and Vale UHB with a firm foundation on which to achieve its ambitious programme of transformation.
What we offer
Mentoring
The Change Hub offers one-to-one mentoring to help staff upskill on project management methods, processes, tools, techniques, and templates. This personalised support can be tailored to each individual's needs and learning style. Mentors can provide guidance on project planning, execution, and evaluation, and they can also help staff develop the skills they need to effectively manage change.
Training
The Change Hub also offers a variety of training courses for groups of colleagues. These courses cover a wide range of topics, including project management fundamentals, change management strategies, and stakeholder engagement. The courses are designed to be practical and informative, and they can help staff develop the skills they need to deliver successful change projects.
Partnering for Transformation
The Change Hub working alongside change leaders and teams to deliver positive and effective outcomes. They provide support in all aspects of change management, from planning and implementation to evaluation and sustainment. The Change Hub's team of experts has a wealth of experience in delivering successful change projects, and they can provide tailored support to meet the specific needs of each team.

Julia Attwell
HEAD OF CHANGE HUB
A seasoned change management professional, Julia has spearheaded transformational change programs in the Probation Service and now leads the Change Hub for the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director for social housing/homelessness providers, actively contributing to causes she cares deeply about.

Sue is an experienced project manager with a proven track record in both the private and public sectors, particularly within healthcare. She currently holds a key position in the Cardiff and Vale Health Board, helping teams optimize their projects and processes towards effective healthcare delivery.
