This multi-disciplinary team has been established by Shaping Change at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and Cardiff University to strengthen the commitment to improve clinical health delivery for our population and boost the economy in Wales.

Presentation Guidelines
To facilitate discussion, please prepare a short presentation before you sit down to discuss the project including where you perceive that we can help. The presentation should outline your project in a few slides and last 10 mins maximum.

This is simply the clinical problem and the magnitude of it in terms of patients/persons affected and approximate health care cost.
The Idea
What your idea is and how it addresses the problem.
The Evidence
What supports your theory and why it should work.
The Potential Advantages
How far have you got? Is there intellectual property (IP)? If so have you done a search? Have you developed a prototype or got any funding? Is there a need for a clinical trial, how would that work? What areas do you need support?
