Please note, this is a comprehensive course and missing sessions can have a significant impact on your learning and the learning of others, we have found that delegates often say that they can’t attend a session because they have been pulled by their line manager or have meetings they have to attend, particularly as the sessions are online and they may be attending from in their normal work environment. We would like a commitment from you that this will not happen except for exceptional circumstances.
